Initial assessment: The session commences with an initial contact to assess any bodily discomfort or concerns.
Before and after photos: Prior to the session, photos will be taken, both at the beginning and conclusion of the session. These photos will be sent to you for reference.
Review of session experiences: A discussion will be held to review and evaluate the sensations and experiences encountered during the session.

Hi, I am Julie, I am French and I have resided in Germany for several years before settling in Japan over a decade ago. Passionate about dancing from a young age, I have always taken care of my body, but intensive sports practice, sedentary work and poor posture gradually began to take its toll.
